The hands that fix it are the hands we trust.
Most maintenance companies in the UAE act as brokers: they take your call, then pass the job to whichever subcontractor is free. You never meet the same technician twice and nobody owns the outcome.
Our electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, carpenters, painters and finishing crews work for us. That means we control who enters your property, how the work is sequenced, what materials are used, and who returns if something isn't right.
Every job starts with a free site survey and ends with a written scope, a fixed quotation and a workmanship warranty.
What clients get /
In-house across all trades
We don't broker your job to a subcontractor and add margin. Our electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, carpenters and finishers are Spanex employees, trained and supervised by us.
Licensed, approved and insured
DET trade licence and Dubai Municipality approval, with full third-party liability and workmen's compensation cover. Certificates available on request before you sign anything.
A response time you can hold us to
AMC clients get a contracted response on emergencies, a faster lane on urgent works and next working day on routine. Written into the contract, not just claimed on a website.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You get a written scope, a fixed quotation and a completion date before work starts. Variations are priced and approved in writing, never a surprise on the final invoice.
Workmanship warranty
If our work fails within the warranty period, we return and put it right at no cost. That includes labour.
We clean up
Site protection sheets, dust control, and the space handed back the way we found it. Sounds basic. Ask anyone who has hired a contractor in Dubai how rare it is.
